We confirm prices and rates at the store, on the day of your transaction.
The exchange rate
The exchange rate you see on the website is today's in-store rate, the rate for that day. It can change during the day, so we confirm it at the counter before you send your money transfer.
The rate that applies to your transfer is the one we give you at the counter.
