Who receives your data

This notice covers this website, our business phone line and the text messages we send from that line.
What data reaches us through the website
The website has no contact form. It receives data in only two cases.
- If you ask to receive text messages on the text messaging page, we receive the information you enter there, such as your name and your cell phone number, and your consent.
- Google Analytics tells us how many people visit each page and from what type of device. To do that, it stores cookies in your browser.
Cookies and the Google map
Cookies are small files that a website stores in your browser. We use the Google Analytics cookies to count visits. We do not use them to learn your name.
The Contact page shows a Google map. When you open that page, Google may store its own cookies in your browser, even if you do not touch the map. Google handles them under its privacy policy.
You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings.
Your calls and messages to our business line
When you call or text our business line, the call or the message is logged in our customer service system. The log keeps your number, the date and the time, and for messages, what you wrote.
That way we can follow up on what you asked us.
What we use your data for
- To answer your questions.
- To send you updates about your transaction, if you asked for text messages or if you texted us first.
- To see which pages of the website people read and which they do not.
We do not sell your data. The providers we use to serve you, such as our customer service system and Google Analytics, store it for us. If a law or an authority requires us to hand over data, we hand it over.
Mobile information, including phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, and messaging consent, will not be shared, sold, rented, or provided to third parties, affiliates, or lead generators for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

You can ask us to delete your data, or to tell you what data we have. Ask in the way that is easiest for you.

We delete your data from our system, except what the law requires us to keep. To stop receiving text messages, reply STOP to any of them.

Cuando llamas o le escribes a la línea del local, la llamada o el mensaje queda registrado en nuestro sistema de atención a clientes. Ahí queda tu número, la fecha y la hora, y en los mensajes, lo que escribiste.
Así podemos darle seguimiento a lo que nos consultaste.

- Para responder lo que nos consultas.
- Para avisarte sobre tu trámite, si pediste mensajes de texto o si nos escribiste primero.
- Para saber qué páginas del sitio se leen y cuáles no.
No vendemos tus datos. Los guardan por nosotros los proveedores que usamos para atenderte, como el sistema de atención a clientes y Google Analytics. Si una ley o una autoridad nos exige entregar datos, los entregamos.
No compartimos, no vendemos, no alquilamos ni entregamos los datos de tu celular a terceros, afiliados ni generadores de clientes potenciales para fines de mercadeo o promoción.
